Do not use your PROF-40 (GC1-40) under the following conditions:
Before any installation, use and maintenance operation, read the safety instructions
in this manual carefully.
Remove all packaging materials from the unit. Make sure all the materials are
removed. Keep it away from babies and children to avoid the danger of suffocation.
Before inserting the plug make sure that the voltage is within the range indicated on
the rating label (fig. 1) on the unit. The PROF-40 is intended exclusively for the use
for which it was created, Thermo Comfort is not responsible for any damage caused
by improper use.
The PROF-40 (GC1-40) is safe, however, as with other electrical appliances, use it
with care. Disconnect the product from the electrical outlet before touching the unit.
Do not clean by spraying it or immersing it in water.
Do not connect the PROF-40 (GC1-40) to an electrical outlet using an extension
cord. If there is no accessible outlet, a licensed electrician should install one.
Keep it always out of the reach of children.
Use always caution, as with other electrical appliances.
Warning
NEVER TOUCH THE GRATE WHEN IN OPERATION, DESPITE THE HARMLESS
TENSION.
Any service, other than regular cleaning or lamp replacement, should be performed
by an authorised service representative. Failure to do so could result in loss
of warranty. If the supply cord becomes damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or by its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a
hazard.
