concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards 
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user main-
tenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
42. Keep the appliance and its powercord out of reach of children less than 8 
years of age.

1. Before the first use 

• Remove the appliance from the packaging and and make sure to remove 
the wedging elements.
• Wipe the external surfaces of the appliance with a soft, clean cloth.
• Wash the two plates (2 and 5) with a soft sponge and warm water with wa-
shing up liquid. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
• CAUTION: Do not immerse the appliance, the power cord or plug in water 
or other liquids for cleaning. Also make sure not to enter any water or liquid 
inside the unit.
• It is normal that a small amount of smoke will appear the first time but will 
quickly disappear.

2. Starting / preheating

• Place the closed unit on a flat, stable and heat resistant surface.
• Plug the power cord (4) to an easily accessible power outlet, the red light (6) 
lights on.
• Lightly grease the baking plates with a paper towel dipped in cooking oil so 
that the food can be easily taken out.
• Turn the thermostat knob (8) to maximum “

●●●

” for about 5 minutes to 

preheat the device. The green light (7) lights on and will disappear when the 
device is ready for use.

3. Use:

3.1. Make or heat pizzas, quiches and fresh pies

INSTRUCTIONS

• When preheating is finished, open the top lid and place the food on the 
bottom plate and then close the cover.
• The green light of the thermostat turns on and off according to the heating 
needs. It regulates temperature.
• The cooking time depends on the food, quantities, the thickness of the dou-
gh, of cooking your preferences, etc. Allow about 15 minutes for baking fresh 
pizza and 20 minutes for a frozen pizza.
• Always stay nearby to monitor cooking.
• Open the top lid when the pizza is ready and use oven mitts to remove it 
without burning yourself.
• After use, set the thermostat knob to position “0” (stop). Unplug the unit 
from the wall outlet and wait for its complete cooling before cleaning.

3.2.  Grill and plancha

You can use your appliance to cook, pancakes, a la plancha or grill.
• Open the device and then slightly lift the upper plate with the help of the 
handle.
• The upper plate can thus be pivoted back and opens at 180 °.
• Lightly oil the apper plate and wait until it is hot before placing food.
• Place the ingredients on the plate and then occasionally turn them.
• The grill plate has a drain channel (3) for the evacuation of juices and 
cooking greases.

4. Temperature knob setting
