6.0 MAINTENANCE
Before starting maintenance to the machine, check:
-
if electricity has been cut off.
-
if pressure is released from hoses and pipes by pulling the trigger of the
spouting gun.
Maintenance now can begin:
*
Weekly check the oil level. After the first 50 hours, oil must be drained and
refreshed. Turn out the drainplug and collect the oil. Then turn in the plug and
fill through fillercap on top of the pump. The right oillevel is between the top of
the oil glass and the red dot on it. Refresh the oil after every 500 hours or 3
months. Right oil type is Airpress oil.
*
Clean tankfilter and filleropening of the fuel tank every month.
*
Decalcify heating tube coil when necessary. Frequency depends on the
amount of calcium in your water. When decalcifying acid is used follow the
instructions of the manufacturer in order to prevent damage to the machine.

7.0 FUNCTIONING AND PROTECTION
The on/off button (No. 1) starts the electromotor. This switch is also the
resetbutton for the thermal overload device, which protects the motor from
overheating.
The high pressure water pump (No. 13) is direct driven by the motor. Low pressure
water from your own watersupply runs through a self controlled floatation tank (No.
12) (however, the HD 600-100 does not have a floatation tank) to the pump. Deter-
gent can be mixed in by a dosaging cock (No. 8) from an internal (No. 19) or
external tank.
The pressure control valve (No. 5) (does not apply to the HD 600-100) controls the
