WATERCLEAN 1600

- 88 -

• Mount the membrane detachment facility (55/3); to do this

- Place the membrane detachment facility, spacing pins (55/1)

first, over the respective pair of pressure tubes.

- Screw both of the membrane detachment screws to the stop

nut (55/2) into the thread of the permeate nipple (54/3).

- Turn both winged nuts (55/5) evenly in a clockwise direction,

thus pulling the end caps (55/4) out of the pressure tubes.

• Detach the end caps of the other pressure tubes in the same way,

observing the following pair-wise arrangement:

Both the two lower end caps (56/4 and 56/5) must
