Select the driving direction at the
selector pushbutton
F = Forwards
R = Reversing
Note:
If selecting the drive direction is not
possible lift foot off drive pedal and
turn key switch to "0" and then
back to "
1 ".
Driving
!
Slowly press the driving pedal
Driving behaviour
—
Driving speed can be infinitely
variably controlled using the drive
pedal.
—
Release the drive pedal to brake;
the machine brakes automatically
and then stops.
Note:
The machine is equipped with a
seat contact switch. The sweeper
switches off automatically as the
driver leaves his seat
Sweeping operation
Warning!
In order to avoid damaging the floor
do not operate the sweeper while it
is stationary.
Lower main brush
!
Lower lever
Note:
The main brush and the suction
turbine start automatically. If the
machine is not driven the main
brush motor and that of the fan cut
out again after a short while. The
motors cut in automatically as soon
as the drive pedal is actuated.
Lower side brush
! The pedal is released by exerting
pressure on its front part
Note:
The coarse-dirt flap must be briefly
raised to sweep in largish objects up
to a height of 45 mm
Raise coarse-dirt flap
!
Depress pedal and keep it
depressed
!
To lower it, lift foot off pedal
Note:
An optimal cleaning effect can be
achieved only when the coarse-dirt
flap is completely lowered
Stop machine
Raise the sweep roller
! Pull the lever upwards and
engage it
— The main brush drive and the
suction turbine switch off
automatically
Raise the side broom
!
Depress rear of pedal until it
engages
Note:
To prevent the bristles deforming
always raise the side brushes and
the main brush when they are not in
use.
! Turn key switch to "0" and
remove it
Clean-down the dust filter
!
Move the handle of the filter
clean-down device to and fro
several times
