Pump stops, two pairs
of lights blink, alter-
nating sides. Failure in the pressure
line, flow too small, the
pump frequently
switches on and off as
a result of reduced wa-
ter extraction. If reduced water extraction is required, the
switching frequency can be reduced by in-
creasing the overpump time, and thus the
occurrence of this failure can be avoided.
Restart the pump by continuously press-
ing the - button.
Failure in the pressure
line, the pump fre-
quently switches on
and off as a result of
leakage. Check and correct the pressure line for
leakages (dripping water tap).

backflow valve Ensure that the backflow valve is correctly
inserted into the fill neck.
Observe the care instructions.
Pressure reduction by
leakages in the system Check all connection locations on the suc-
tion and pressure sides as well as all the
lids for tightness.
Install a pressure compensating hose on
the pressure side (see special accesso-
ries). As an alternative, a pressure com-
pensating container can be installed as a
pressure tank.
Pump transports is re-
ducing or transported
quantity is too low Suction pipe blocked Pull out the mains plug and clean the suc-
tion pipe
Pre-filter is dirty Remove the prefilter and the backflow
valve and clean them under flowing water,
rinse any dirt residues from the fill neck by
opening the discharge opening.
Suction side is leaky Check the entire suction side for leaks
The quantity transport-
ed by the pump de-
pends on the transport
height and the connect-
ed periphery Keep max. flow height, see technical data.
If necessary, select a different hose diam-
eter or hose length.
