Vacuum motor does not
run, or runs slowly
Faulty vacuum circuit or switch
Check wires connections and motor,
replace or tighten as necessary.
Worn vacuum motor brushes
Replace brushes, check commutator
Full vacuum bag
Replace vacuum bag
Clog in vacuum system
Check for and remove debris

Vacuum hose not fully connected to
brush deck or vacuum box inlet.
Check for full connection of vacuum hose at
brush deck and vacuum box inlet. Hose cuff
should be inserted so shoulder is touching
connection all around.
