Updating the anti-virus database

As a result, the application will be automatically updating the anti-virus database
at the specified interval and in accordance with the specified settings.

6.4. Manual updating

In order to update the anti-virus database in the manual mode

1. In the main application window select the

Microsoft Exchange

Servers

node in the console tree, open it, select the node

corresponding to the server you need and follow the

Anti-virus

updates

link in the results pane.

2. In

the

General

tab in the

Anti-virus updates

window (see Figure

29) that will open press the

Update now

button.

As a result, the application will perform immediate updates of the anti-
virus database in accordance with the specified settings.
