1.4 Connection with the Distributor for the CRMS



Connecting this instrument with the distributor for the CRMS allows for operation with

the Clean Room Monitoring System. For more information on the distributor for the

CRMS, please contact your distributor or your KANOMAX service center.



Connection Method

The following Figure shows how to connect this instrument with the distributor for

the CRMS:
