8. Troubleshooting

61 has been constructed with a view to quick and simple installation as
well as long and reliable operation at the consumer.
Should you, however, experience an operating problem, the table below can be
used for troubleshooting.
If repair of the meter becomes necessary, we recommend you to replace parts like
battery and communication modules only. Alternatively, the whole meter ought to
be replaced.
Major repairs must be made by Kamstrup A/S.
Before sending in the meter for repair or check, please use the error detection table
below to help you clarify the possible cause of the problem.
