PULSE TESTER, type no. 66-99-279, is espe-
cially designed for use during the verifica-
tion process. The tester has the following
functions:

The transmitter is typically an opto
coupler with FET or transistor output.
This is connected to terminals 10 and
11 for water meter M1 or terminals 69
and 11 for water meter M2. The transi-
stors leak current must not exceed 1

The transmitter is a reed switch,
typically on a vane wheel or Woltmann
meters, or relay output from MID-meter
or similar. This type of transmitter
should not be used, as the quick pulse
input may give rise to problems due to
bouncing.

either KAMSTRUP’s ULTRAFLOW

KAMSTRUP’s electronic pick-up for vane
wheel meters.
