2.
Connect the Air Hose (H) to the Inflation Port (A). The port has lugs that the
end of the hose fits onto. Twist the end of the hose clockwise to secure.
3.
Insert the other end of the hose into the item that requires inflation using
the appropriate nozzle adapter. Kampa
®
AIR awnings, tents and party tents
require the use of the same adapter (L) as indicated in the Parts Identification
section.
4.
The LCD Display (C) will illuminate once connected to a power source and
display the current pressure it has measured after 2 seconds. If no buttons
are pressed within 60 seconds the pump will switch to standby mode; press
the Confirmation/Power Button (F) to illuminate the display again.
5.
Set the desired pressure by using the Increase Pr and Decrease
Pressure/- buttons (D & E). The pressure mode can be changed by pressing
the + and - buttons at the same time in order to select either ‘PSI’, ‘BAR’, ‘KPa’
or ‘KG/cm
2
’. Keep pressing until the required mode is shown on the display.
6.
The pressure that can be set ranges from 0 to 12 PSI. Press and hold the +
or - buttons to alter the pressure shown quickly or press and release the
buttons to adjust the pressure in small increments.
7.
The optimum pressure for Kampa
®
AIR awnings is between 9-11PSI.
Kampa
®
AIR tents and travel pods should be inflated to between 7-9PSI.
Kampa
®
inflatable Party Tents should be inflated to between 8-10PSI.
8.
When the desired pressure is indicated the pump will begin inflation when
the Confirmation/Power button (F) is pressed.
9.
The pump will first use its low pressure pump to maximise the volume of air
being added. The pump will then automatically switch to its high pressure
pump in order to achieve the preset pressure. Once the pressure is reached,
the pump will switch off automatically.
10. The LCD display (C) shows the current pressure whilst in operation in order
to monitor progress. Press the + and - buttons together in order to view the
preset pressure if required, this wil be displayed for 2 seconds and then
revert back to the current pressure.
Operation - Deflation
