Igniting the burners / Cooking instructions
1.
Light the side burner by pushing the control knob
and turning it anti-clockwise until it reaches the ignition
symbol MAX .
2.
Press the electronic ignition button and hold it down
for 5 seconds.
3.
Turn the control knob to the desired setting.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
•
Wear grilling gloves at all times.
•
Remove excess fat from food to avoid the potential
occurrence of an oil fire.
•
Do not overload the grill rack! No more than 50%
of the barbecue surface should be covered at any one time
to avoid overheating!
•
Rub the grill rack and the warming grate with cooking oil
to prevent food from sticking.
•
After cooking: Lift the lid, turn the control to "MAX" and allow
it burn for approx. 5 minutes. Food deposits on the grill rack
will burn away and allow for easier cleaning once
the device / grill rack has cooled.
•
Never use the barbecue without a properly
fitted fat collection tray!
•
Shut the isolation valve of the gas cylinder after use.
