EN Safety information / Igniting the burners
Installation site
• The device must only be used in the open!
• The device must be placed on a level and fireproof surface.
• The device must be placed at a distance of
at least 1 m from flammable surfaces inc. trees, fences,
bushes etc.
• Smoking near the gas barbecue is prohibited. The same
applies for naked flames or sparks of any kind.
1. Read the operating instructions before using the
device for the first time.
2. Lift the lid.
3. Check that all control knobs are
in the OFF position
WARNING NOTICE: Before opening the gas cylinder valve,
all control knobs on all burners must be in the
OFF-position.
4. Open the valve on the gas cylinder according to the operat-
ing instructions provided.
5. Light the side burner by pushing the control knob
and turning it anti-clockwise until it reaches the ignition sym-
bol MAX and a click can be heard.
6. Press the electronic ignition button and hold it down
for 5 seconds.
7. Ignite the rest of the burners analogue.
8. WARNING: Should one of the burners fail to light after
five seconds, turn the control knobs to the
OFF-position and shut off
the gas cylinder valve. Wait 5 minutes for the gas to
dissipate before repeating the steps as detailed above.
