surface on your wok means 

foods won’t stick and less or no 

oil can be used when cooking. 

As with all non-stick surfaces only 

plastic or wooden utensils should 

be used, so the surface isn’t 

scratched. Regular high heat 

cooking may discolour the non-

stick surface, this is normal and 

will not affect the performance or 

life of the non-stick coating.
