3. General Remarks
As the boiler design undergoes continuous improvement, inessential deviations from this manual are
possible.
During boiler installation, observe the requirements of all building and fire prevention standards valid in
your country.
Boiler installation, adjustment and operating personnel training is allowed only for the firm possessing a
relevant certificate and having specialists for carrying out the installation works or for manufacturer-
authorized representative. Installation note
has to be made in this document, under “Installation
Report”.
Installed and connected boiler has to be checked by fire fighters.
It is strongly prohibited to fire the boiler without having filled it with heating water.
When stoking the boiler for the firs time, its body gets hot, paint is finally curing and smelling volatiles
evolve, so ventilate the premises well.
For stoking, use exceptionally high quality wood pellets, meeting the standards specified in the burner
manual. Low grade pellets reduce boiler efficiency, fuel consumption grows, fuel slags, making boiler
maintenance difficult, burner has to be cleaned more often.
It is strictly forbidden to pour water into hearth or onto burner. This can damage the boiler
irreparably.
