**Cooking cakes in the pressure cooker works better with a heat-proof cake
pan placed inside the pressure cooker as opposed to placing the batter
directly into the pressure cooker. We recommend using tinfoil over the pan to
prevent sogginess or burning. Remember to always use heat-proof gloves
when removing items or food from your pressure cooker.

This program enables you to cook food at low temperature, in liquids,
for an extended period. Slow cook is a non-pressure-cooking function.

Place the food to be slow cooked in the cooking pot with the
minimal amount of liquid required.

Place the lid on the pressure cooker and lock it in place by turning it
counterclockwise, make sure the steam release knob is in the
venting position The floating valve should not rise during the slow
cook process and the lid should be removable throughout the
cooking process as well.
