Troubleshooting tips:
Problem: Possible Solutions:
Radio doesn’t power on.
•
Check the setting of the “POWER” switch
•
Disconnect and re-connect the battery
pack
•
Check the polarity of the AA batteries
•
The “IN/OUT” switch in the back must be
set at “IN”
None of the cell phone charging adapters fit my cell
phone. 6 cell phone charging adapters are included for
selected models. We do NOT supply any other
adapters. However if your cell phone comes with a
USB data cable to connect to a computer, then the
same cable can be used to connect your phone to
the radio’s USB port in the back.
It won’t charge my cell phone. The “IN/OUT” switch in the back must be set at
“OUT”
