● Printhead becomes dirty.
→ Clean the printhead as per procedures in page 57.
→ Use genuine printer paper (model : 851).
Faded printing
● Printer paper is set in reverse.
→ Place the paper correctly in reference to "1. Changing
the Printer Paper"in page 55.
● Printer is jammed.
→ Open printer cover and pull out the printer paper.
● Wrong printer paper is using.
→ Use genuine printer paper (model : 851).
● Paper detection sensor is dirty. (Screen shows
“ Paper out... ” even if printer paper remains enough.)
→ Wipe off paper detection sensor by cotton swab
(refer to page 57).
