By opening the star knob screw (1) you can now adjust the angle value of your round
knife.

Handlever for the
adjustment of the
grinding motor

After you have set the angle, open the star knob screw (2) and move the adjustment pillar
in the way that the cutting edge of the round knife is inside the marked grinding range.
