Coffee detect
CS=XXX DP=XXX
CS = the value read by the Coffee sensor, (only shown for reference).
DP = the value set by the system as the trip point at which the machine decides
that coffee is present or not and is only shown for reference.
When the calibration is complete the display will show Calibrated or FAIL.
If the display shows Calibrated the sensor is ready and working.
If the display says ‘Try again’ try cleaning out the suction system again by
flushing more hot water through as described above and repeat the calibration.

This function is used to set the machine time and date.
