WARNINGS
TALLY lamp
This lamp blinks when the remaining battery voltage becomes low or the remaining tape is near end.
(In shooting mode only)

Slow blinking
• No more remaining battery power .
(1 time per sec)
• Remaining tape time is 3 minutes or less.
Fast blinking
• Tape has run out.
(4 timer per sec)
• Abnormality in VTR.
Memo:
The GY-DV300 is a microcomputer-controlled piece of equipment, which may malfunction due to
external noise or interference. In this case, turn the power OFF , and then turn it ON again.

: Clean the head with the
special head cleaning tape.

Operation : Attempts to operate are
rejected.
Remedy
: Leave the GY-DV300 with
the power turned ON until
the indication disappears.
Operation : Operation stops. All attempts
to operate are rejected.
Remedy
: This condition can be
cancelled by setting the
POWER switch to “OFF” and
then back to “ON” again. In
some cases, however, the
tape may be damaged.

agent.
