Setting the Alarm
Make sure you have preset FM and DAB stations before setting the Alarm.
1. The unit has two alarms. Press the ALARM button to set alarm 1 press again to set
alarm 2. The display will show “Alarm # Setup”.
2. Press the VOLUME/SELECT dial, then turn the
VOLUME/SELECT dial to adjust the hour digits.
Press the VOLUME/SELECT dial to confirm.
3. The minute digits will flash. Turn the VOLUME/
SELECT dial to adjust the minute digits and then press the VOLUME/SELECT dial to
confirm.
4. Turn the VOLUME/SELECT dial to select the alarm duration (15/30/45/60/90 minutes).
Press the VOLUME/SELECT dial to confirm.
5. Turn the VOLUME/SELECT dial to select the type of
alarm (FM/Buzzer/DAB). Press the VOLUME/SELECT
dial to confirm.
6. If you have chosen FM or DAB, turn the VOLUME/
SELECT dial to select a preset radio station. Press the VOLUME/SELECT dial to confirm.
7. Turn the VOLUME/SELECT dial to select the day(s) the alarm is set for (weekdays/daily/
once/weekends). Press the VOLUME/SELECT dial to confirm.
8. Turn the VOLUME/SELECT dial to select the alarm wake up volume level. Press the
VOLUME/SELECT dial to confirm.
9. Turn the VOLUME/SELECT dial to select alarm on or
off. Press the VOLUME/SELECT dial to confirm.
10. When set, the alarm icon and number will appear on
the display.
Activating/Deactivating the Alarm Function
1. To activate or deactivate the alarm function, press the ALARM button, then turn the
VOLUME/SELECT dial to select Alarm On or Alarm Off.
2. Press the VOLUME/SELECT dial to confirm.
Alternatively in standby mode
3. Press the ALARM button repeatedly during standby mode to select Alarm On or Off
and then press VOLUME/SELECT dial to confirm.
If you have activated the alarm function and the wake-up mode is DAB or FM, make sure that the volume
is at a sufficient level for you to hear.
