KS-LX200R

Prior to performing the following procedure, remove
the connector board, the load arm assembly, the sub
chassis and the cassette holder / holder arm.

Remove the two slit washers m while pushing down
the reel driver on the two reel disc assemblies.

Pull out the two screws I from the shaft with the reel
driver and the spring respectively.

Removing the reel disc assembly (twin
set) (See Fig.8 to 10)

Prior to performing the following procedure, remove
the connector board, the load arm assembly, the sub
chassis and the cassette holder / holder arm.

Remove the belt from the underside of the
mechanism assembly.

Remove the two slit washers on the upper side of the
mechanism assembly.

Pull out the flywheel assembly (F) and (R) from
underside of the mechanism assembly.

Removing the flywheel assembly (F) and
(R) (See Fig.8 and 11)

From the underside of the mechanism assembly,
unsolder soldering o on the reel disc board.

Unbend the joint hook p retaining the reel disc board.

Remove the screw H.

Removing the reel disc board

(See Fig.11)

Unsolder soldering q on the motor.

Remove the belt from the underside of the
mechanism assembly.

Remove the two screws I from the underside of the
mechanism assembly.

Removing the motor (See Fig.8and 11)
