6-7 Mixing Characters to MONITOR OUT

When mixing characters in the MONITOR OUT connector video,
set CHARACTER in the Camera SETUP MENU screen to ON.

superposing the camera or external input images.

Color video monitor

Memo:

• Color signals are not included in the return video

signals of the external VCR connected to the VTR/
RM multi-pin connector.

• When setting CHARACTER MIX to OFF, characters

will not be displayed on the images from the
MONITOR OUT connector.
E-E images/playback image are outputted as monitor
output (composite video signals).
