Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) is a technology 
for broadcasting of audio using digital radio 
transmission. DAB delivers digital quality sound 
without any annoying interference or signal 
distortion. 
In contrast to FM broadcast, where each program 
is transmitted on its own frequency, DAB combines 
several programs (called “services”) to form one 
“ensemble”.

NOTE

• Electrostatic discharge from your body may cause 

noise from the speakers, which may prevent you 
hearing the broadcast. At this time, turn off the main 
unit, and then turn it on again.
