Open the cover behind the Rotary Switch.

Press the Maintenance button.
EMPTY TRAY
T
Empty the drip tray and coffee grounds
container and reinsert them.
AGENT IN TANK
T
Remove and empty the water tank.
T
Completely dissolve the contents of one
blister (three JURA descaling tablets) in a
receptacle holding 500 ml of water. This
may take several minutes.
T
Pour the solution into the empty water tank
and reinsert the tank.
OPEN TAP
T
Carefully pull the cappuccino frother off the
Connector System

Place a receptacle (at least 500 ml) under the
Connector System
©

Turn the switch anticlockwise to position

DE-SCALING

Rinsing the cappuccino frother
This chapter applies to the

Professional and
Easy Cappuccino Frothers.
To ensure that the cappuccino frother always works
properly, you should rinse it with water
after every
milk preparation. Your ENA will not prompt you to
rinse the cappuccino frother.
T
Remove the milk pipe from the milk carton
or the milk container.
T
Fill a receptacle with fresh water and
immerse the milk pipe in the water.
T
Place another receptacle under the
cappuccino frother.
