JUPITER kitchen appliance. You have chosen a

This attachment for the drive unit is intended for minc-
ing meat, vegetables, fruit, bread and many other foods in
normal domestic quantities in a domestic environment or
in domestic-like
non-commercial applications.
Domestic-like applications
include, for example, use in
staff break rooms in shops, offices, agricultural and other
commercial businesses, small hotels and similar residen-
tial facilities. Only use the appliance for normal domestic
processing quantities and periods of time. The appliance is
maintenance-free.
These operating instructions are only valid when used
in conjunction with the operating instructions of the
associated drive unit.

tor is running.
• Never insert the food to be processed into the appliance

• The universal mincer attachment may only be operated
when it is completely assembled and the sealing ring

is screwed on tight.
• Children should not use the appliance. They should not
play with it either.
• This appliance may be used by persons with physical,
sensory or mental disabilities, or by those who lack ex-
perience and/or knowledge, if they are supervised or
have been instructed in the safe use of the appliance
and have understood the dangers involved.
• The appliance may only be repaired by JUPITER cus-
tomer service.

Disassembly
Unscrew the sealing ring G counter-clockwise from the
housing C and remove the perforated disc F , the blade E
and the screw D .
TIP:
To remove the screw from the housing, press from
behind on the plastic connector.

Push the screw

2 Set the blade E , with the smooth cutting side outwards
(inscription legible), on the square end of the screw.
