Using rotary knob on the MMI panel enter into another depression menu.
For MMI
3G
system:
diagnose ---> settings ---> AMI/AUX
,
select and change the current settings
from [AUX /no AMI BT /no AMI] to
[AUX / no AMI BT / AMI] 7/8
.
Figures 4,5,6 show the order of proceedings for MMI 3G system.
For MMI
3G+
system:
diagnose ---> settings ---> AMI_AUX---> AMI
,
select and change current
settings from [disabled]
to
[enabled] 1/2
.
Figure 4,7,8,9 show the order of proceedings for MMI3G+ system.

Confirm the settings by pressing the rotary knob and then wait for a while.

Make restart the MMI system
:
Press the buttons at the same time:
for Audi MMI 2G & 3G
-
SETUP, ROTARY KNOB and right top function button
.
for Audi MMI 3G+
- TONE/MENU ,
ROTARY KNOB and right top function button
.
After few seconds release buttons. AUDI MMI screen turns off and after a few
seconds, the system will restarts
.
If your car does not have TONE button, use MENU button
.

Press button
MEDIA --->SOURCE.
6.
If LED on dongle is off – remove dongle from OBD socket
.
