6.3.2. Securing the Castors
Press the pedal down in order to lock the castor.
To check that locks are engaged correctly, try moving the scaffold
about. Damaged castors must be replaced.
6.3.1. Fitting
Remove the standard castors. Push each pair of large castors into
the bottom of the frame. To adjust the scaffold level and plumb, turn
the wing nuts.Make sure the wing screws are tightened to facilitate a
secure fastening of the castors.
6.4. Disassembly
The JUMBO folding scaffold is to be disassembled in reverse order of the assembling. Do not throw
any scaffold parts onto the ground. Pressing the inner pedal releases the castors.During transport,
avoid excess jolts that could cause deformation of the pipe profile
6.2. Railway
Mount connecting pipes (1420100)
at all 4 corners
Mount a railway frame at
each side and secure with
clips
Mount 4 horizontal braces between
the railway frames. Now move your
platform to the desired height.
At max. platform height a railway is
recommended.
6.1.4. Locking the Platform.
Trun the storm lock so it grabs the
underside of the steps to lock the platform.
6.1.3. Mounting the platform
Hook the platform onto the
steps of the side frames.
NOTE: Before locking the platform, center it on the
scaffold.
NOTE: Before locking the castors turn them so they
are at a 90 degree angle to the sides of the
scaffold. Lock the castors before climbing onto the
scaffold!
