･ 動メスが突き出るスピードが遅いと、糸切リ不良発生の原因となります。
･ 動メスが戻るスピードが早いと、上糸クランプ不良発生の原因となります。

4. Adjusting the speed of moving knife

1) When you desire to change the protruding speed of moving knife, loosen the nut of speed controller 2 and turn the
adjustment screw.
When you desire to change the returning speed of moving knife, loosen the nut of speed controller

• When the protruding speed of moving knife is slow, thread trimming failure will be caused.
• When the returning speed of moving knife is fast, needle thread clamp failure will be caused.
