Adjustment Procedures

Results of Improper Adjustment

Adjust and fix with screws

so that starting sensor plate

enters in the center of the detecting section of starting sensor

when the starting has functioned. The dimension from starting

sensor

to the bottom end of starting sensor plate

is 1 to 3

mm.

Caution : Make sure that starting sensor plate

does not

come in contact with starting sensor

when

starting has functioned.

In addition, do not perform the adjustment of the

position of the sensor with starting safety

solenoid base

since the play of starting safety

lever

is adjusted with starting safety solenoid

base
