When [Exec.] is selected, the scale
board is moved to the first mark
position of four marks.

cross cursor on the monitor to the
center of the mark.
Select [Exec.] when ready.
When [Exec.] is selected, four marks
are recognized and the inclination of
the scale board is obtained. At the
same time, the axis correction
coefficient is also obtained.

The setting is then completed.
When [Exec.] is selected, the scale
board is ejected.

All setting processes are completed.
Select [Exec.] to return to the initial
operation screen.
If the value of [Magnet SW adjustment], which has been obtained automatically, is beyond a
range of
−
0.08mm to 0.08mm, adjust the magnet switch and restart the square adjustment.
Example) If “
−
0.2mm” is shown in [Magnet
SW adjustment], move the home
position sensor on the right of the
Y-axis 0.2mm toward you.
After the adjustment has been
completed, always perform the home
position return to adjust the square
again.

adjustment, in [Correction coefficient of XY axis] setup dialog box stated in section 3-4,
XY axis correction coefficient.
