Locate the final control horn needed for assembly. The

rudder uses the same type of control horn as the aileron

which is on of the longer of the 4. If necessary, scuff the sides

with sandpaper, test fit making sure the hole is directly

above the hinge line, then glue in place. Make sure glue is

used along the entirety of the control horn.
