11.2 Maintenance work
11.2.1 Preparatory steps
Risk of injury through high electrical voltage!
When working on the control cabinet, there is a risk of injury through high electric voltage.

Stop production.

Turn off the main switch and secure it with a padlock.
Risk of injury through uncontrolled escape of the medium!
If the pressure has not been fully released in the system, the medium can escape
uncontrollably.

Before removal / maintenance / disassembly: Fully depressurise the system.
 In the case of harmful, flammable, or explosive media: Empty the pipe fully and rinse
before removal. Pay attention to possible residues.

Take the appropriate measures to ensure that the medium is collected safely.
Possible spillage of media harmful to health and the environment!
These media pose a risk of physical injury or damage to the environment.
 Wear prescribed protective clothing.
 Collect any spilled media and dispose of according to the local regulations. Refer to the
safety data sheet. See Chapter 2.2 „Applicable documents“ on page 2.
Risk of injury and loss of product quality due to the use of spare parts not provided by
GF JRG.
Risk of injury and damage to property.

Use only the spare parts listed in Chapter 13 "Spare parts list", Page 69.
Calzid-Ex ineffective
The cleaning agent Calzid-Ex can be stored for a maximum of two years.

If the Calzid-Ex is not used within two years, it must be replaced to ensure the
functionality of the system.
