POSITIONING
The heater must be placed on a solid, level surface and must never be used
indoors
For greater stability, it is possible to anchor the heater to the ground with
rawlplugs, not supplied, that are suitable for the type of flooring using the ho-
les provided on the MM bracket.
IMPORTANT!USE IS PROHIBITED INDOORS OR IN ENCLOSED SPACES:OFFICES,
INSIDE THE HOME, STALLS, BREEDING FARMS, PLACES WITH POTENTIALLY
FLAMMABLE AND/OR EXPLOSIVE GAS VAPOURS OR DUST NEARBY ETC.
IMPORTANT!IT IS ESSENTIAL TO RESPECT THE SAFETY DISTANCES FROM WALLS,
CEILING, OBJECTS OR FLAMMABLE SUBSTANCES, AS SEEN IN FIG. 12.
OPERATION
1. Open the gas cylinder valve
2. Press and turn the control knob to the PILOT position (anticlockwise)
3. Press the control knob in the PILOT position and hold for about 90 seconds.
While holding down the control knob, press the ignition button several times
until the pilot light flame ignites
4. After igniting the flame, turn the control knob and set it to maximum power
for 5 minutes or more before selecting the desired temperature.
Notes:
- if a new cylinder has just been connected, allow at least one minute for the air
in the pipeline to come out of the pilot hole
