ASSEMBLY
1. Turn base I upside down, fix the brackets MM to the base with the bolts NN,
the washers HH and the nuts OO as shown in fig.1.
Align the holes on the wheel assembly bracket with the corresponding holes in
the base, then insert the bolts BB through the holes and tighten with the flange
nuts AA.Make sure the wheels are level with the base.
2. Turn base 1 over, position the 3 support posts H and secure them with the
3 bolts BB as shown in fig.2.
3. Place pole G on top of the 3 posts.Use the 6 bolts EE and secure with the nuts
CC as shown in fig.3.
4. Insert the cylinder housing lid F and place it over base I as shown in fig.4.
5. Insert the gas hose QQ into the burner fitting D and tighten the hose clamp
PP as shown in fig.5.
6. In the upper part of the burner D, place 3 washers GG in correspondence
with the threaded holes and screw in the 3 spacers FF as shown in fig.6.
7. Insert the gas hose QQ into pole G, make sure the holes coincide and screw
in the 4 bolts DD as shown in fig.7.
8. Assemble the reflective panel A as shown in fig.8.
9. Position the 3 washers GG above the spacers FF, insert the previously assem-
bled reflective panel (A-B), insert 3 washers GG and screw it all together with
the 3 wing nuts KK as shown in fig.9.
10. Lift the cylinder housing lid F and place it on the plate of the support posts
H, inserting it between the head of the bolts as shown in fig.10.
Connect the supplied gas regulator RR to the gas hose QQ and tighten the hose
clamp PP as shown in the box in fig.10
11. Connecting to the cylinder
Make sure that all the appliance’s valves are closed and its connecting rubber
hose is correctly installed.
Remove the cap or seal from the cylinder valve, making sure there are no naked
flames in the vicinity.
After checking that the seal is in good condition, tighten the screw connection
by screwing it in gently but enough to prevent the risk of gas leaks; check its
tightness
