If the need should arise to take or send the
appliance to an authorised service centre,
make sure to clean all its parts thoroughly.
For hygienic purposes, the service centre
shall reject appliances that are not perfec-
tly clean on the outside or inside without
making any controls or repairs.
The symbol on the product or on its
packaging indicates that this product may
not be treated as household waste. Instead
it shall be handed over to the applicable
collection point for the recycling of elec-
trical and electronic equipment.
By ensuring this product is disposed of
correctly, you will help prevent potential
negative consequences for the environ-

This appliance is intended for household

Before connecting the appliance to the
wall socket check that the voltage indica-

Let hot ingredients cool down before
chopping them or pouring them into the
blender jar (maximum temperature

Avoid touching the SHARP blades, espe-
cially when the appliance is plugged in.
If the blades get stuck, UNPLUG THE AP-
PLIANCE before removing the ingredients
that are blocking the blades by using a
spatula.
Never put your fingers or any other object
in the jar when the appliance is working.
Never immerse the motor unit in water or
any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap,
use only a damp cloth.
Unplug the appliance immediately after
use, e.g. before unscrewing the jar.
