STARTING

1) PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS

-

install the pressure meter and the vacuum gauge on the pump (remove after the set up)

-

open the shutter along the light oil pipeline

-

close the line of the thermostats (boiler/ambient)

-

give current from the main switch

-

put the switch on working position

-

unlock the unit (by pushing the red button)

A)

After the preliminary operations the cycle starts. The motor of the burner rotate along with the pump; the light oil
is totally sent towards the return pipe. The burner fan and the ignition transformer are also operating and the
following phases are taking place:

-

pre-ventilation of the furnace

-

pre-washing of a part of the light oil circuit

- pre-ignition, with discharge among the tips of the electrodes.

N.B.:

During pre-ventilation the geared motor positions the air shutter in correspondence of the setting of the first flame.

B)

At the and of the pre-washing, the unit opens the magnetic valve VE1 : the light oil reaches the nozzle G1, from
which it gets out atomised.
The contact with the discharge between the tips of the electrodes determines the generation of the flame.
The safety time simultaneously starts.
