DESCRIPTION
DELIVERY
The burner is delivered fully assembled. It should be unpacked only at the time of installation on the boiler to prevent any
accidental damage.
They are mechanical atomizer light oil burners. The air path has been planned in order to obtain a
high pressure
working curve
from the fan with a uniform and linear flow. The dosing of the combustion air has been achieved by
a double setting: one on the nozzle line, by the shifting of the deflecting disk on a conic stub head, and another by a
shutter on the fan inlet. This system permits to obtain the best conditions of pressure/air flow on the whole working filed
of the burner and achieve low air excess,
high efficiency
and high mixing energy combustion with a low
contents
of pollutants,
CO and NOx. The air shutter is completely closing, in order to limit the dispersions of heat from the
boiler during the stops; it is motorised by electric three positions servo control, closed –open first flame-open second flame.
All components are protected by a stylish cover that also effects a good sound-conditioning. The working is automatic,
with flame control by a light-negative sensor; the pump is self-aspirating, with one-two pipelines, by-pass and set-in
magnetic valve. The burners may be totally inspected, making the control an maintenance operations easy. Type G50/2
oil and G70/2 oil with two nozzles, low capacity starting and “high/low flame” working.
