THE TWO SLOTS IN THE MOUNTING PLATE AND INSERT
CARRIAGE BOLTS THROUGH FROM THE BACK SIDE.
ASSEMBLE WHEEL NUTS TO THIS SIDE.

INSERT CARRIAGE BOLTS SO THAT THE
SQUARE NECKS ARE IN SLOTS ON THIS SIDE
AS SHOWN
