TREADMILL OPERATION
CAUTION:
Before beginning a workout session make sure the safety key is properly placed onto the computer
console and the safety clip is securely attached to an article of your clothing .
Always start the treadmill while standing on the side rails but not on the running belt .
Allow the treadmill to reach a speed of at lease 1 .0 KPH before walking on the running belt .
Before operating read this page first for familiarization of the treadmill computer console and other
important features .
For quick start
Press START button to start running. Time, distance, and calories will count up from 0.
First dot flashes on Speed Dot Matrix, and 0 appears on Incline Dot Matrix. 0 jumping to 1 means
you have run 400 meters. And you may press INCLINE or SPEED / button to adjust incline
and speed as you like. You may also press Quick Speed button to fastreach the speed you prefer.
For P1 ~ P12, U1~U2, H1 ~ H3 program
Press SPEED or INCLINE / button to choose program P1 ~ P12, U1, U2, H1 ~ H3, MANUAL.
For 12 preset program P1 ~ P12:
After choosing P1 ~ P12, then press ENTER and INCLINE / (or SPEED / ) button to
choose Level 1 ~ 3.
Press ENTER button, default setting 32:00 flashes, press INCLINE / (or SPEED
/ )
button to set desired time from 10 ~ 99.
Press ENTER and START button to start running.
For USER program (U1, U2)
After choosing U1 or U2, then press ENTER button, incline 0 and speed 0.8 flash, first dot on
Incline and Speed Dot Matrix also flash, then press INCLINE / and SPEED / to set
desired incline and speed of first range.

Press ENTER button, it jumps to 2 dots on both Dot Matrix, repeat above procedures to set

desired incline and speed for 2 range.
Repeat above procedures to set all 16 ranges.
Press ENTER button, default setting 32:00 flashes. Press INCLINE / (or SPEED / )
to set desired time.
Press ENTER and START button to start running.
