Name
User can define the group name by his/her own.
Rate
Specifies the guaranteed minimum bandwidth that a group can use.
Specifies the maximum bandwidth that a group can use.
Ceil
User can press [Modify] to change the 3 attributes in every group.
In these groups, the first group has the highest priority, the next one has the
second priority, the third group is default group, and the last has the lowest
priority.“Highest priority” means the rest bandwidth will serve the group first, but
