8.6.3.4 Receiving characters
Characters are received by reading characters from register Receive Buffer .

characters ü The user-programmable serial interface is configured.
1. Check the filling level of the receive buffer to make sure that it contains at
least 1 character.
2. Read the character from the register Receive buffer .
ð The character is taken from the receive buffer.

Values are received by reading characters from registers MR 15 through MR 18
