Unscrew and remove the Hose, steel
braided (500mm)

NOTE: If the Distributor w/NR
Valve is to be reassembled/
replaced, it is not recommended
to remove the Distributor Clamp
(unless it is damaged) from the
assembly.

Assembly is to be performed in the reverse order of the disassembly procedure.

Note
Maintenance depends on flushes per
year. This will vary depending on the
segment i.e. ship, cabin, train, public,
etc.
Inspect the discharge valve. Clean
and change any worn parts, if
necessary.
The shut off membrane is normally the
first item that needs to be replaced.
The piston valve has been tested and has reached 200,000
flushes without any need of maintenance.

Action
No reaction or insufficient flushing
when pressing the release button.
No vacuum in the discharge pipe line.
Check the vacuum.
The release button does not open.
Replace the release button.
Dirt/blockage in the Non-return Valve,
located on the toilet valve.
Clean the Non-return Valve.
Only flushing and no discharge is
taking place.
The vacuum is below 25%.
Check the vacuum level and take action to increase the
vacuum.
