Replace the filter element and gasket making sure both mating surfaces are clear of any debris, secure using X4
M10 hex bolts.
•
Replace the filter cover with X4 M10 hex bolts, and X1 M8 nut.
Note: Before performing any maintenance, the extractor must be locked out and isolated from the electrical supply.
Waste collection bag removal:
•
Do not let the waste collection bag over fill. See below image for maximum fill level.
•
The correct PPE must be worn when emptying the waste collection bag. Dust mask, gloves and eye protection.
•
Undo the spring clip that secures the waste collection bag to the drum.
•
DISPOSE OF THE WASTE COLLECTION BAG ADHERING TO COSH REGULATIONS.
•
Fit a clean waste collection bag and secure using the spring clip.
