5. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Before performing any maintenance, the extractor must be locked out and isolated from the electrical supply.
Filter replacement:
•
Remove the filter cover by undoing the X4 M10 hex bolts, X1 M8 nut located on top of the filter cover. Use the
X2 handles to lift the cover over the filter. NOTE: Cover weight 8Kg.
•
Remove the filter element by undoing X4 M10 hex head bolts and nuts. Once these have been removed the filter
element is free to be removed. Care must be taken not to damage the gasket. Any excess material left in the
drum can be hoovered out.
