How does it work?
You
provide an order to Serviceline
for your product
We
send you packing
materials
You
pack product and call us
when it is ready
We
send couriers to collect your product
and bring it back to Jenx Limited
We
will give it a full mechanical overhaul including:
replacement of any missing
Bolts/Screws/Washers
If necessary, we will quote you for any other repairs or
replacements that are required.
The quote will be broken down into ‘
Mandatory
’ work,
which has to be done to make the product safe,
cosmetic work, and work required to bring the product
to original specification
When the quotation is approved the product will be
returned via courier on completion of the work
You will receive the product, an
additional instruction booklet, a signed and dated
‘work done’ checklist and a guarantee that the
product is complete and suitable for use
