10. LINE INPUT FOR THE CHANNELS 5,6,7,8.
Balanced 6.3" Jack Inputs for the channels 5,6,7,8.
11. PHANTOM POWER SWITCH AND LED
Press the Phantom switch to activate the +33V DC on all the
Mic Inputs. It allows to use condenser microphones with the
unit.
The relative led indicator light when Phantom power is active.
12. POWER ON LED INDICATOR
This LED lights when the unit is ON.
13. EFFECTS SELECTOR
It allows to select one of 16 different digital effects like
reverbs, delays, etc.
the available effects are:
1)
VOCAL1
2)
VOCAL2
3)

14. EFFECTS RETURN LEVEL
This Potentiometer allows to adjust the return signal of the
effect processor.
The signals are summed at the main output (EFX.RTN.MAIN)
and at the monitor ouput (EFX.RNT.AUX)
15. MAIN OUT
It adjust the overall level of the unit.
16. HI/LOW COMPRESSOR LED INDICATOR
The LEDs light up when the signal compressor is active.
The compressor automatically come in to operation when
it detects an audio signal too high which could damage the
system.
The compressor can produce two different processes for the
high frequency (Hi LED) and Low frequency (Low LED).
T
he system always operates under a total security
the persistent lighting of the LED indicates an excess of
signal. If this happens then reduce the signal by using the
volume controls on the unit.
1. SEMIPARAMETRIC EQUALIZER:
It allows to control with accuracy the response in the
medium frequency range (150Hz to 2KHz) with a boost/
cut up to ±15dB
2. 2 BAND EQUALIZER
It controls the response with boost/cut at high and low
frequencies regions as follows:
A.
HIGH: ±15dB @ 20KHz
B.
LOW: ±15dB @ 20Hz
3. 3 BAND EQUALIZER
It Controls high, medium, and low frequencies as fol
-
lows:
A.
HIGH: ±15dB @ 12KHz
B.
MID: ±15dB @ 1.2KHz
C.
LOW: ±15dB @ 70Hz
4. EFFECTS SEND LEVEL (EFX) AND AUXILIARY
(MONITOR) SEND OUTPUT (AUX)
It controls, channel by channel, the signal quantity to
send to the digital internal effect (EFX) and to the moni
-
tor output (AUX).
5. CHANNEL LEVEL
It controls the level of each channel sent to the main
outputs.
The signal is taken after the equalization stage.
6. GAIN
It controls the input sensitivity of the channel .
Here are the values relevant to the different inputs used
(LINE , MIC , GUITAR)
7. PEAK LED
It lights when the signal level is close to the distortion
threshold.
8. MIC, LINE, GUITAR INPUT ON THE CANNELS
1,2,3,4
Balanced inputs (mic, line) and High impedence unbal
-
anced inputs (guitar) of the channels 1,2,3,4.
The balanced inputs are suitable for either XLR and
Jack 6.3" connectors, the unbalanced inputs are situable
for 6.3" jack connectors.
9. CHANNEL LEVELS AND MONITOR OUTPUTS
LEVELS (AUX) FOR THE CHANNEL 5,6,7,8
It controls the signal level (for the input channels
5,6,7,8.) to send to the main output (LEV) and to the
monitor output (AUX). The channels levels 5,6,7,8 are
adjusted using the same control.
