Without user calibration 

With user calibration 

This option allows  systematic measurement errors to be corrected by 
the entry of a user-defined offset value (e.g. adjustment to an 
alternative measuring technique). If the display of spot temperature has 
been activated, its value will directly be changed. 
To reset the user offset, press the Del key. 
 

Ethernet 

This menu option allows activation of camera operation via the PC-
Link-Interface (Ethernet) (requires special optional software package). 
 

RS232 Keyboard 

Activates remote control of the camera via the serial port (RS232). 
 

Keyboard Beep 

By default any user/camera interactions (key pressures) are confirmed 
by a beep signal to indicate that the camera “understood” the 
command. 
This option may be deactivated. Any change of this option becomes 
effective only after camera restart. 
 

Baud Rate 

To reduce data transfer time, select a baud rate as high as possible. 
We recommend you to run one test to determine the maximum possible 
baud rate. If the receiving computer is equipped with a UART 16550 
serial port chip, you can set the index to 11 or 12. On the PC, the data
